It’s OK To Ask For Help

Mental Health Counselors are part of your primary care team.  They partner with you and your primary care provider to help you deal with stress, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, chronic pain, and traumatic stress disorders.

Persistent and recurring symptoms may signal it’s time to ask for help.  If you’re experiencing any of the following for two weeks or more, consider asking your primary care provider for a referral to our mental health services:

  • Difficulty sleeping

  • Appetite and weight fluctuations

  • Struggling to focus

  • Losing interest in hobbies or activities

  • Inability to carry on with daily routines

  • Suicidal/self-harm ideation

Our medical clinic is here to help !
