Do I need to have a medical background?

A medical background is not necessary for many positions. We
need volunteers to help in a variety of ways including carpentry, plumbing, landscaping, administrative support, grant writing, fund raising, special events, planning, and more. 

Do you need medical professionals?

Doctors and nurses are needed in the clinic. While we do not have medical malpractice insurance to cover you, we have been told by our legal advisor that the Good Samaritan Law provides the coverage you need. Many medical professionals carry their own policy and we hope that this does not deter you from wanting to help us out.

How often do volunteers serve?

You can volunteer as little as once a month or every week – the amount of time is up to you. We are flexible and open to varied options for volunteer scheduling.

How do I make a monetary donation?

Do you need donations other than money?

Time, talents, and resources are great donations. We do have specific needs for certain medical and dental equipment, medications, diabetic test strips, and more.  See our wish list for current clinic donation needs.
