Mondays, 3:45 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (no appointments needed*)
Doctors and nurse practitioners provide acute, non-emergency
care for chronic illnesses on a walk-in basis.

Tuesdays 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and Wednesdays, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (by appointment only)
Doctors and nurse practitioners provide follow up and non-emergency care for chronic illnesses on an appointment basis. Appointments are required for the Primary Care Clinic on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and all new patients must be initially seen by a provider on a Monday during regular Primary Care Clinic hours. 

*Occasionally the number of patients needing care exceeds staff availability.
