Hours: 1st Tuesday of the month, 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. (by appointment only)*

Services are for patients whose condition is stabilized and include prescription refills for anxiety and depressive disorders.

*Occasionally the number of patients needing care exceeds staff availability.
