Primary Care

Doctors and nurse practitioners provide acute, chronic non-emergency care for a variety of illnesses.

Mondays, 3:45 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (no appointments needed*)

Doctors and nurse practitioners provide acute, non-emergency care for a variety of illnesses on a walk-in basis.

Tuesdays 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and Wednesdays, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (by appointment only)
Doctors and nurse practitioners provide follow up and non-emergency care for chronic illnesses on an appointment basis. Appointments are required for the Primary Care Clinic on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and all new patients must be initially seen by a provider on a Monday during regular Primary Care Clinic hours.

Dental Care

1^st, 2^nd and 3rd Tuesdays of the month, 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. (by appointment only)*

Services include initial exam, x-rays, fillings, cleanings, and some extractions. Appointments are required for the Dental Care Clinic, and patients must be initially seen by a doctor on a Monday during the Urgent Care Clinic hours. Additional appointments throughout the month are scheduled at the discretion and availability of our dental staff.

Mental Health Care

1st Tuesday of the month, 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. (by appointment only)*

Services are for patients whose condition is stabilized and include prescription refills for anxiety and depressive disorders.

Medication Refills

Mondays, 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

For existing Samaritan patients who need refills of their current medication.

Wellness Services

We are proud to announce that we will offer wellness services in the near future.

*Occasionally the number of patients needing care exceeds staff availability.
