MISSION:
Samaritan Health Ministries (SHM) is a faith-based, non-denominational, not-for-profit organization that provides:
Quality urgent and chronic healthcare (including medical, dental, mental health and pharmaceutical) to the uninsured in the greater Williamson and northwest Travis counties.
Opportunities for healthcare professionals and other interested volunteers to give their time, talents, and resources to support this healing ministry.
SHM also provides breast cancer screening, referrals and education, including diabetes education.

Medications refills: 4:00-5:45.
1st Tuesday of each month: 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Dental clinic which includes initial exam, x-rays, fillings, cleaning, and some extractions.
Mental health services for stable patients, which include prescription refills for anxiety and depressive disorders.

We care for many patients with severe diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia and those who require periodic lab work and monitoring of their medications. These patients require appointments for our chronic care clinic on Wednesdays, but must be initially seen by a doctor on a Monday evening.
Chronic care clinic patients with appointments are seen by our nurse practitioners.
*Please note that in order to receive care from SHM, you must come in on a Monday evening to be screened for eligibility.
*All other visits are by appointment only.
*Providing proof of income will be required. |
